Will my DWP payment go straight in to my account?

Modified on Thu, 20 Jun at 10:41 AM

Because DWP transfers come from an account not in your name, they are classed as third party transfers, which require additional checks that may delay the funds appearing in your Tally Account. These checks include validating that the funds are meant for you, so please ensure you send the below to support@tallymoney as soon as possible to ensure the timely release of your DWP payment into your account.
1. A screenshot from your account in the Universal Credit portal showing your name, address and the amount due (this will need to be provided each time your payment is due)
2. A picture of your Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter showing your name, address and the amount due
