The conversion rate used is the global gold market buy rate and is set at the time your pounds sterling reaches your Payment Account with sort code and account number. Please note there may be a delay between the time you send the payment from your financial institution and when it is actually released and subsequently received by us, as it may undergo checks within the banking system.
