Will I get a personal banking account?

Your TallyMoney account is as individual as you.  You do get a sort code and an individual account number that you can use to transfer (or receive from 3rd parties) GBP in, which is automatically converted to tally and shown as tally in your TallyMoney Account balance. But importantly, unlike a bank account, there is no GBP in your TallyMoney Account and your balance isn’t protected by Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
