INITIATED - This means you have started the process of making an open banking transfer from within the app, set an amount and tapped continue, but have not completed the process.
If an initiated transfer is no longer showing, this could be for one of the following reasons:
- You didn’t complete the open banking process, and the transfer failed after 24 hours.
- You cancelled the transfer in your sending bank’s app at the end of the open banking process.

PENDING - You may see this when a transfer is going through additional security checks
