All transfers into your Tally Account go through rigorous security checks, but transfers that come from an account not in your name (for example, a friend sending you money or a DWP payment) go through additional checks that may require us to get in touch with you.
We aim to have all third party-related checks complete and the funds in your account as soon as possible, but these can sometimes take longer depending on the level of detail required.
