When you tap on forgotten password, you have a few ways of changing your password if you are on your registered device. Below are the ways and in the order they will be prompted:
Biometrics/Face ID - this is based on your device data if you have this enabled
Liveness/Likeness check - This is checked against the documents you submitted when you signed up.
Memorable word - You will be asked for your memorable word, which is 8 characters long and can contain letters/ numbers or both.
