How do I close my TallyMoney Account?

You can close your account in-app by following the below steps. Please note, you will need to transfer your available funds to another U.K. bank account in your name before closing your TallyMoney Account.

  1. Log into your TallyMoney App

  2. Tap the user profile icon located in the top right-hand corner of the home screen

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap “Close account"

  4. Enter your passcode if biometrics/Face ID is not enabled

  5. Follow the onscreen prompts to close your account

Alternatively, you can email, call 0203 858 0373, or send an in-app message so that a team member can assist you.
