You can close your account in-app by following the steps below.
- You will need to transfer out, the funds in your account to your linked account
- Then navigate to the profile icon, which is the 1st icon in the top right-hand corner
- Scroll down, and you should see "Close account". Tap on this
- Biometrics will kick in if turned on, or you will be asked for your password
- Then answer a few questions while completing the close account process
