Can I still use my physical TallyMoney Debit Mastercard® if it’s frozen in-app?

When a card is frozen in-app, all payments are blocked, so you will be unable to use your virtual or physical TallyMoney Debit Mastercard until the freeze is lifted. 

To remove the block, go to the Account section of your TallyMoney App and tap the "Defrost" icon that sits under your virtual card. You’ll be prompted to enter your passcode, and once complete, your card will be back in action.
