No new TallyMoney Debit Mastercard was included with the letter you sent; what should I do?

Firstly, we’re really sorry to hear your card didn’t arrive as expected. Rest assured, there’s nothing to worry about, as your new card needs to be activated in-app before anyone can use it! Please email support@tallymoney.com and let the team know so they can sort you out with a new card, pronto.
