What do I do if my TallyMoney Debit Mastercard® has been lost or stolen?

If your TallyMoney Mastercard is lost or stolen, please freeze it immediately by visiting the Account section of your TallyMoney App. You can also contact TallyMoney Support via email (support@tallymoney.com) or phone (+44 203 858 0373) for assistance with freezing your TallyMoney Debit Mastercard and/or ordering a replacement.

If your phone has been lost or stolen, please contact TallyMoney Support so we can lock your account for you.

If both your phone and TallyMoney Debit Mastercard have been lost or stolen, please log in to your account on a different smartphone (such as the phone of a friend or family member) to freeze your TallyMoney Debit Mastercard.

You can also contact TallyMoney Support for assistance with freezing your TallyMoney Debit Mastercard and/or ordering a replacement.
