To launch a chat with one of the team, please follow the steps below.
Log in to your TallyMoney App
Use the bottom navigation bar to access the “Support” section
Tap “Get in touch”
Tap “Chat”. If the “Chat” option is not shown, it’s either out of working hours or an indication that our agents are all busy. In this instance, tap on “Email’ to request a team member get in touch ASAP
